THE PROCESS

I.

Your celebration deserves a design that feels distinctly yours. Begin by completing the inquiry form on the contact page, sharing a little about your celebration, your inspiration, and the details that matter most to you. From there, I'll create a bespoke proposal designed to reflect your needs and bring your stationery vision beautifully to life.

Once your inquiry form has been completed, you'll receive a detailed proposal outlining the investment for your custom invitation suite, along with optional details and enhancements to thoughtfully complete the design. This gives you a clear understanding of what’s included before moving forward. When everything feels right, your date is secured with a signed contract and 50% deposit, officially beginning the design process and bringing your stationery vision to life.

IV.

Once your final design is approved, your suite enters production, where every element is brought to life with care, precision, and intention. Custom stationery is a thoughtful process—typically allowing four to six weeks for design, followed by approximately four weeks for printing and assembly. Each suite is then meticulously assembled by hand and carefully inspected to ensure every detail is just right. Finally, your stationery is beautifully packaged and shipped, ready to offer your guests a first glimpse into the celebration that awaits.

With your details and direction in place, we'll begin bringing your stationery vision to life through thoughtfully curated design concepts. From composition and colour to typography, paper, and print techniques, each element is carefully considered to create a cohesive and meaningful suite. Through a collaborative refinement process, every detail is thoughtfully shaped—from envelope liners and wax seals to textures and finishing touches—resulting in a design that feels beautifully and authentically yours.
